My Head Start team is small, yet powerful. The program does include a data base into which we store most of the student information. During this data review meeting, Julie was guiding Matt's data input, which is a fluke since those roles have been reversed for the other 99% of the time.

As Head Start employees, our entire staff strives to be life-long learners, which includes software platforms along with best teaching practices. It is my honor to be their leader.
