New Friends

After my story was shared in the Mequon Beacon magazine, I met Gail J who started a Parkinson's Awareness group at Newcastle Place in Mequon. While attending the gathering at Newcastle Place, I met Cy because his wife wanted support to remind Cy that he needed to exercise every day.

While I was willing to befriend and remind Cy of his responsibility to take care of himself, exercise is imperative. My role as a co-facilitator will add value to the group since the other leaders do not have Parkinson's. More to come . . . .
