Gabby and Dan invited us to take a cooking class at Sur la Table, a store at Bayshore Mall. We then organized this class. For the French inspired menu we made Steak au Poivre with Brandy and Mustard Sauce, salad with French vinagrette, roasted potatoes with herbs, and dark chocolate souffle'.The cost for the class includes the meal. There is plenty of food for me. During the class I tend to let the others do any knife work or hand whipping since my PD could impact the speed or accuracy of the task. With four chefs it is fine since their is always someone who wants to do the work.
